COMOS Mobile Document Review
The "COMOS Mobile Document Review" app is now available for iPad users. It enables the management, engineering and operating staff of process plants, to efficiently manage COMOS related documents such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) or Equipment lists even when they are out of the office. The app can be used to take snapshots of these documents as a backup when working out of the COMOS environment. It also offers an alternative method for sharing COMOS documents with others, such as system integrators or sub-contractors, without granting them access to COMOS.

Functionally, "COMOS Mobile Document Review" enables the user to uploaded COMOS documents to the iPad, review them or redline them offline. Additionally, pictures taken with the iPad can also be directly integrated into the documents. The edited documents can then be imported back into the COMOS solution architecture. No specific COMOS knowledge is required. To work with the "COMOS Mobile Document Review" app, the following prerequisites must be met:

• iPad Air 2, Mini 3
• iOS 8.4
• COMOS version 10.0.2. or higher and COMOS Web Server
• Sufficient "COMOS Web Server" and "COMOS Mobile Document Review Client Access" licenses.

Support for the COMOS Mobile Document Review app requires a valid COMOS software maintenance agreement (SMLA).
